- 57 years of history and experience in teaching veterinary medicine – the Faculty was established in 1966
- Official ECOVE certificate of approval, which attests highest standars of education quality in Europe
- the most popular course among the whole University offer - every year approximately 10 candidates applying per 1 place
- increasing numbers of students from Spain, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Slovakia, Slovenia, Kazakhstan and Taiwan joining the curriculum temporarily within different educational programs
- classes and lectures run by national and international academic teachers and practicing veterinarians specializing in different areas of Veterinary Medicine
- International Veterinary Student Association actively promote and provide exchange of knowledge and experience among Polish and international students
- high-tech equipment for small and farm animal treatment
- over 50 elective subjects covering all specialties in veterinary medicine
- following practical classes students experience direct contact with a number of animal species and classes in food processing plants and slaughterhouses. Students are regularly involved in tasks of the polyclinic staff and join Ambulance crew
