BASIC ENTRY REQUIREMENTS for 2026/2027

1. High school/secondary education - all Candidates who have Secondary School Leaving Certificate obtained outside Poland.

PLEASE NOTE ! Not all Secondary School Leaving Certificates obtained outside Poland are recognized automatically.

In case your Certificate can not be recognized automatically you can apply for IDIVIDUAL RECOGNITION STATEMENT via SYRENA system <--CLICK

2. Upon enrolment “Predicted scores” document issued by the school can be taken into consideration.
Final School Leaving Certificate appostilized and in English must be submitted later but no later than the deadline specified in the recruitment calendar. 

3. In order to rank the Candidate the scores obtained in 2 out of 4 subjects (biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics) will be recalculated.

4. On-line interview in biology and chemistry will be organized EXCLUSIVELY for the Candidates who do not have at least 2 out of 4 subjects (biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics) for recalculation.
The interviews will be organized in May 7-8 and June 29-30, 2026.
The Candidate can choose May or June for the interview, however the exact day will be appointed by the Examination Commission.

5. In order to rank IB/EB Diploma Candidate the final number of points obtained during the secondary school leaving examination (matriculation) will be recalculated.
IB/EB Diploma Candidates do not take an on-line interview provided that there are at least 2 out of 4 requred subjects (biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics) on their IB/EB Diploma.

6. Official confirmation of knowledge of English on min. B2 level - it applies only to the Candidates who graduated from secondary school / program where the language of instruction was different from English.

REGULAR ENROLMENT

20.04.2026 – 24.06.2026 - registration via internet system (IRK) + enrolment fee for the Candidates with School Leaving Certificates / Predicted Scores documents obtained OUTSIDE POLAND

20.04.2026 – 10.07.2026 - registration via internet system (IRK) + enrolment fee for the Candidates with School Leaving Certificates obtained in Poland and with IB / EB Diplomas

07.05.2026 – 08.05.2026 - interviews in biology and chemistry (on-line) ROUND 1
EXCLUSIVELY for the Candidates with School Leaving Certificates / Predicted Scores documents obtained OUTSIDE POLAND, who do not have grades in the required subjects possible for recalculation or whose grades can not be recalculated according to the University recalculation formula

29.06.2026 – 30.06.2026 - interviews in biology and chemistry (on-line) ROUND 2
EXCLUSIVELY for the Candidates with School Leaving Certificates / Predicted Scores documents obtained OUTSIDE POLAND, who do not have grades in the required subjects possible for recalculation or whose grades can not be recalculated according to the University recalculation formula. 

17.07.2026 - results
until 31.08.2026 - confirmation of the intention to study by paying the tuition fee (1 semester) and submission of the original, apostilized documents 

COMPLEMENTARY ENROLMENT

27.08.2026 – 01.09.2026 - registration via internet system (IRK) + enrolment fee for all Candidates

03.09.2026 - interviews in biology and chemistry (on-line)
EXCLUSIVELY for the Candidates with School Leaving Certificates / Predicted Scores documents obtained OUTSIDE POLAND, who do not have grades in the required subjects possible for recalculation or whose grades can not be recalculated according to the University recalculation formula

04.09.2026 - results

until 11.09.2026 - confirmation of the intention to study by paying the tuition fee (1 semester) and submission of the original, apostilized documents 

 Academic Year in Poland starts always in October.
