Documents required from the Candidates that were qualified for veterinary program:

1. Secondary School Leaving Certificate (High School Diploma) authenticated by an Apostille.
The Certificate must be in English or translated into English or Polish by a sworn translator.

2. Application form, printed from the IRK system, with a handwritten signature (check for the Instruction how to fill in and upload the Application Form at the bottom of this page).

Please note: Application form can be uploaded from IRK upon introducing detailed information on your Secondary School Leaving Certificate (number, date of issue, etc.).

3. Certificate of Proficiency in English <--CLICK HERE for the list of Certificates that can be recognized
Please note: Candidates that completed a secondary school, where the language of instruction was English, do not need an English certificate

4. European Health Insurance Card or another Health Insurance document which will be valid on the territory of Poland.

5. A potography paper form in size 35 x 45 (like in the passport).

The above mentioned documents must be submitted in original paper version to the Dean’s Office and the tuition fee for semester I must be paid by the deadline specified in the recruitment calendar.
For regular enrolment it is 31.08.2026
For complementary enrolment it is 11.09.2026

It is also possible to send the scans of the documents to: vetmed@uwm.edu.pl till 31.08.2026 and bring the original paper version with you upon arrival to Olsztyn for studies.
