QUALIFIED & ACCEPTED CANDIDATES
Documents required from the Candidates that were qualified for veterinary program:
1. Secondary School Leaving Certificate (High School Diploma) authenticated by an Apostille.
The Certificate must be in English or translated into English by a sworn translator.
Please note: If your Secondary School Leaving Certificate was issued in the country outside EU/OECD then it will be necessary for you to contact your education board to request a letter stating this (Equivalency Certificate). The Equivalency Certificate has to be signed and issued by the Ministry of Education and not by the school.
2. Application form, printed from the IRK system, with a handwritten signature (check for the Instruction how to fill in and upload the Application Form at the bottom of this page).
Please note: Application form can be uploaded from IRK upon introducing detailed information included on your Secondary School Leaving Certificate (number, date of issue, etc.).
3. Certificate of Proficiency in English (e.g. IELTS - minimum 6.5 or equivalent score from TOEFL).
Please note: Candidates that completed a secondary school, where the language of instruction was English, do not need an English certificate

The above mentioned documents must be submitted in original paper version to the Dean’s Office by 30 October 2024.
