Transfer to the veterinary program is only possible from another veterinary program. Transfers from other fields of study are not possible.

To initiate the transfer, please submit scans of the documents listed below. The documents must be originally in English or translated into English or Polish by a sworn translator.

1. Your Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

PLEASE NOTE ! Not all Secondary School Leaving Certificates obtained outside Poland are recognized automatically.

In case your Certificate can not be recognized automatically you can apply for IDIVIDUAL RECOGNITION STATEMENT via SYRENA system <--CLICK

2. Confiramtion of the results of your entrance exams at your home Veterinary Faculty issued by the Dean's Office.
3. Confirmation from your home Dean's Office that you have currently the status of student.
4. Transfer of Records with all the stamps and signatures.
5. Application to our Vice-Dean for Studies (prof. dr hab. Przemysław Sobiech) requesting the possibility of transfer --> template is available at the bottom of this page

The scans of ALL the above listed documents must be sent in ONE e-mail to: medwet@uwm.edu.pl 
Once the documents are evaluateted the Candidate for tranfer will be informed by e-mail what ate the next steps to finalize the procedure.
